19. Austausch Mattendichtung

 Ein Austausch der Mattendichtung ist nicht
zulässig.
 Es muss der vormontierte Kontaktträger,
bestehend aus Mattendichtung
Kontaktträgeroberteil und
Kontaktträgerunterteil ersetzt werden.

20. Stecken der Steckverbindung

 Bemerkung: In den Abb. 19 bis 21 ist die
Messerleiste nicht dargestellt.
 Verriegelungshebel ist vollständig zu
öffnen!
 Prüfen, ob Verriegelungshebel geöffnet ist.
Wenn nicht, Verriegelungshebel vollständig
öffnen. Der Verriegelungshebelrastet
spürbar ein.
 Steckverbindung lagerichtig an
Messerleiste positionieren und senkrecht
ohne zu verkippen bis zum Anschlag
einstecken.
 Der Kabelstrang darf beim Stecken der
Steckverbindung nicht unter Zug stehen.
 Den Stecker gegen Messerleiste drücken.
Den Verriegelungshebel schließen bis er
spürbar einrastet und an der Oberseite des
Deckels anliegt.
 Sollte der Verriegelungshebel sich nicht
bewegen lassen, muss geprüft werden, ob
folgende Punkte in Ordnung sind:
o Sekundärverriegelung geschlossen?
o Kodierung i.O.?
o Verriegelungshebel vollständig
geöffnet?
o Steckverbindung auf korrekten Sitz
prüfen.

19. Exchange of the mat seal

 An exchange of the mat seal is not per-
mitted.
 The pre-assembled contact housing unit,
comprised of mat seal, contact housing
upper and lower part have to be re-
placed.

20. Mounting in the connector

 Note: In Fig. 19 to Fig. 21 the pin header
is not displayed.
 Open the lever completely
 Check whether the lever is open. If not,
open the lever completely. The lever can
be felt to snap into place.
 Position the connector on the pin header
in the correct position, and push in verti-
cally without tilting until reaching the me-
chanical stop.
 The wiring harness must not stay under
tension during and after the assembly.
 Press the connector to the pin header.
Close the lever until it is locked and is
aligned to the upper side of the cover.
 If the lever not does not move, the fol-
lowing must be checked:
o Is secondary locking closed?
o Coding ok?
o Locking lever completely open?
o Ensure that the connector is correctly
assembled.
