5.12 - OVEN PREPARATION (Fig 11)
Oven operation for all the compositions is always inde-
pendent and you can hence have two or three different
baking times for the two-chamber and three-chamber
versions.
If the oven has been set with weekly programming, it
will turn on at the established time with the value of the
various parameters set in the selected program during
weekly programming.
- If weekly programming has not been set, turn on
the power by turning the main switch located
upstream of the oven to ON.
When the oven is powered, an acoustic signal is
sounded indicating the positive outcome of the
test of the power board and the display.
If faults are found during the test, the acoustic
signal is continuous and the display (1) does not
start; contact the manufacturer.
-
Wait for the display (1) to start and press the but-
ton
(2).
- The oven turns on with the last program set; if you
want to change the program, select the desired one
from "P1", "P2", "P3" (3).
- Wait for the oven to reach the set temperature. You
can close the movable flaps (4) at the infeed and out-
feed to accelerate reaching the temperature: loosen
the knob (5) and use the lever (6) to close the flap.
- When the temperature has been reached, start the
belt by pressing the button (7).
- Check that the flaps (4) are open.
- Position the product to be baked in the infeed area;
the pizza or baking tin will enter the baking chamber
(8) and when the set baking time has been reached
exit in the outfeed area.
DANGER
Take the pizza or baking tin coming out of
the oven using appropriate personal protec-
tive equipment. Risk of burns.
DANGER
Pay attention to the heat when the flaps (4)
move. Always use the lever (6) to raise or
lower the flaps and stop them in position
using the knob (5).
