    ABOUT THIS MANUAL ABOUT THIS MANUAL Before using the Harken R27 Trolley, read the instructions contained in this Manual thoroughly. This instruction manual is an integral part of the product, and it supplies all the necessary information for its correct safe use and maintenance.

    Harken R27 Trolley is designed to protect against the fall from a height risk. • Harken R27 Trolley must be used by specialized personnel or expert users on PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), specifically trained on the use of this product.

    THE TROLLEYS R27 TROLLEYS The R27 trolleys are designed to be used with the Harken R27 rails (IN1643, IN1643.CLEAR, IN1650, IN1650. CLEAR, INR27.LS) as an adjustable anchorage point for fall arrest and rope access (human suspension). The R27 trolley and components constitutes the Harken Access Rail system. The trolleys are EU certified for the EN 795:2012 Type B standard.

    PREREQUISITES AND LIMITATIONS PREREQUISITES AND LIMITATIONS The R27 trolley and components have been designed to support any accidental operator fall. In order to guarantee its correct operation, and maintain the mechanical integrity in case of fall, each user must wear the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) recommended by workplace safety regulations.
  • Seite 9 The R27 trolley is subject to the following limitations: • The R27 trolley is for the use of one person only and it is a personal issue item. • In normal use, no more than one person can be connected to a single trolley or a two trolley assembly at one time.

It is essential for safety that the anchor device or anchor point should always be positioned, and the work carried out in such a way, as to minimise both the potential for falls and potential fall distance.     WARNING! Any trolley wich has been subjected to the forces of arresting a fall must be immediately withdrawn from use and not used again until confirmed in writing by and authorized Harken R27 Inspector that it is acceptable for use.

Al fine di garantirne il corretto funzionamento e mantenerne l’integrità meccanica in caso di caduta, è obbligatorio che ogni utilizzatore indossi i Dispositivi di Protezione Individuale (DPI) raccomandati dalle normative relative alla sicurezza sul lavoro.

    SICHERHEITSHINWEISE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE • Der Harken Wagen R27 ist so konstruiert, dass er vor einem Sturz aus der Höhe schützt. • Der Harken Wagen R27 muss durch Fachpersonal oder in der Verwendung von PSA (Persönliche Schutzausrüstung) sachkundige Benutzer verwendet werden, die speziell in Bezug auf die Verwendung dieses Produkts geschult sind.
  • Seite 54 DIE WAGEN WAGEN R27 Die Wagen R27 sind zur Verwendung mit den Harken Schienen R27 (IN1643, IN1643.CLEAR, IN1650, IN1650. CLEAR, INR27.LS) als einstellbarer Verankerungspunkt für den Fallschutz und Seilzugang (Seilaufhängung von Personen) vorgesehen. Der Wagen R27 und dessen Bauteile bilden das Harken Zugangsschienensystem. Die Wagen sind laut der Norm EN 795:2012 Typ B EU-zertifiziert.

  • Seite 56 VORAUSSETZUNGEN UND EINSCHRÄNKUNGEN VORAUSSETZUNGEN UND EINSCHRÄNKUNGEN Der Wagen R27 ist dazu ausgelegt, den etwaigen Fall einer Person auszuhalten. Um die ordnungsgemäße Funktionsweise zu gewährleisten – und das System bei einem Fall mechanisch intakt zu halten – ist für alle Benutzer das Anlegen der in den Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften empfohlenen persönlichen Schutzausrüstungen (PSA) zwingend vorgeschrieben.
  • Seite 57 Für den Wagen R27 gelten folgende Einschränkungen: • Der Wagen R27 ist nur für den Gebrauch durch eine Person bestimmt und wird dieser persönlich ausgehändigt. • Bei normalem Gebrauch darf maximal eine Person gleichzeitig mit einem einzelnen Wagen oder einer Zwei- Wagen-Baugruppe verbunden werden.

Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist es unerlässlich, dass die Anschlagvorrichtung oder der Anschlagpunkt immer positioniert ist und die Arbeiten so durchgeführt werden, dass sowohl das Absturzpotenzial als auch die potenzielle Fallstrecke minimiert werden. ACHTUNG! Bei Fallschutzsystemen muss überprüft werden, dass keine scharfen Kanten vorhanden sind, die Rettungsseile oder Seilsysteme aufwickeln oder mitnehmen könnten.

Wenden Sie sich an einen offiziellen Prüfer von Harken Wagen R27 oder das nächstgelegene offizielle Harken-Service-Center, um die korrekte Funktion des Produkts wiederherzustellen.
