1) Make sure that an appliance is switched off.
2) Remove a USB port cover A7.
3) Plug an enclosed USB cable into a USB port and
connect the other side of the cable to the energy
source; e.g. compatible AC power adaptor or
uninterruptible power supply. It is not possible to use an
appliance while charging.
4) Battery charging time is about 2-2,5 hours. Do not
exceed the battery charging time!
The light signalisation A2 remains red while charging,
when the battery is fully charged, the light turns green.
Remove a USB cable and place a USB port cover A7
back on its place as soon as the charging finishes. When
the light signalisation A2 starts blinking red while using, it
is necessary to charge the battery again.
Optimize the battery lifetime
– Do not keep a USB cable pluged into an appliance.
– An appliance heats up while charging or using, this
occurence is normal and it is not a reason to make
a complaint.
– To power the appliance, only use a source of
safe low voltage of 5V which complies with
applicable standards (mobile phone chargers
with a micro USB connector with double
insulation are suitable).
– Do not use USB ports on other devices (e.g.
computers, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, etc.)
to power the appliance. Such devices may not
be dimensioned for the current consumption of
the appliance and it could damage them.
Control
You unlock a hair straightener by shifting an A1 switch
into the I position. You activate a hair straightener
by pressing A5 button for approx. 3 seconds. An A2
signalisation starts blinking. You adjust the temperature
(160-180-200 °C) by shortly pressing an A5 button. As
soon as the temperature is reached, an A2 signalisation
stops blinking. After you use an appliance, switch it off
by longer pressing an A5 button (a light signalisation
A2 goes out) followed by shifting A1 switch into the O
position.
