4.1.3 Restore factory settings

To restore factory settings, press the abridged menu with the right key of the
mouse, activate the system and press [Restore]. Next select item you wish to

reset and press [OK]. The device will restart and settings will be reset (see fig. 14).

4.1.4 Log out

If you need to log out when using the device, click the abridged menu with a right
key of the mouse and choose to shut the system down. Press log out to finish.
You must reenter your user name and password when logged out.

4.1.5 Reset

If you need to reset the recorder, click the abridged menu with a right key of the
mouse, choose to shut the system down and press restart to finish.

4.1.6 Switch off

If you need to switch the device off, click the abridged menu with a right key of
the mouse and choose to shut the system down and press shut down to finish.

4.2 System configuration assistant

After logging in, the system will automatically run the system configuration
assistant to help you set basic parameters and make sure the device works properly.
Steps:
Setting 1: Assistant setting. You can set the assistant every time the system is
activated. Interface settings will be as presented below. When configuration is
over, press [Next] with a left key of the mouse (fig. 16).
