4. Introduction into system functions

4.1 How to switch the device on

4.1.1 Switch on

Note: Make sure the power supply is suitable for the recorder and make sure
the earthing terminal is properly positioned.
If the source of power is unsuitable, the drive will not work properly or will get
damaged. It is advisable to use factory power supply cable.
Explanation: Before switching on, make sure the screen is connected to the
device outlet.
How to activate the device - step by step:
1.
Connect the power supply cable. The light on the front panel will turn red.
2.
The device will launch.

4.1.2 Log in

After the system has activated, the screen will display the interface preview
automatically. You will see login page in a while. The user must log in to continue
(see fig. 11 and 12).
Steps:
1.
Press the user name box with a left key of the mouse and enter it. Admin
is a factory login.
2.
Press the password box with a left key of the mouse and enter it. Admin
is a factory password.
3.
Press [OK] with a left key of the mouse and log in.
Explanation: The password may be composed of digits, letters and special
characters. The password must not contain more than 12 characters.
Note: If you forget the password, you can recover it. Press the password recovery
button. The system will generate a number at random. Send this number to
customer service and ask for a new login and password (see fig. 13).
