Außer der Luftkühlung hat dieses Klimagerät noch drei weitere Funktionen, nämlich Luftentfeuchtung, Luftumwälzung und Luftfilterung.     Unterstützung einer weiteren qualifizierten Person erfordern, müssen unter Aufsicht einer Person durchgeführt werden, die im Umgang mit brennbaren Kältemitteln geschult ist. Das Gerät ist an einem Ort zu installieren, zu betreiben und zu lagern, dessen Fläche mehr als beträgt. Das Gerät ist an einem gut belüfte- ten Ort zu lagern, an dem die Raumgröße der für den Betrieb vorgegebenen Raumgröße entspricht.

Die Belüftung sollte freigesetztes Kältemittel sicher verteilen und vorzugsweise nach draußen in die Atmosphäre befördern. 1.8 Prüfung des Kältemittelgeräts Wenn elektrische Bauteile ausgetauscht werden, müssen diese für den Zweck und die richtige Spezifikation geeignet sein. Die Wartungsanweisungen des Herstellers sind jederzeit zu befolgen.

  • Seite 13: Erkennung Von Entflammbaren Kältemitteln

    Eigensichere Komponenten sind die einzigen Komponenten, an denen in einer entflammbaren Atmosphäre gearbeitet werden kann. Das Prüfgerät sollte die richtigen Nennwerte erfüllen. Tauschen Sie Komponenten nur durch die vom Hersteller vorgegebenen Ersatzteile aus. Andere Bauteile können zur Entzündung von freigesetztem Kältemittel in der Atmosphäre führen.

    Sie das System mit Kältemittel befüllen. Kennzeichnen Sie das System, wenn es vollständig befüllt ist (wenn nicht bereits geschehen). Achten Sie besonders darauf, das Kühlsystem nicht zu überfüllen. Bevor Sie das System wieder befüllen, ist es mit OFN auf Druck zu testen. Das System ist nach Abschluss des Füllvorgangs und vor der Inbetriebnahme auf Lecks zu überprüfen.

    LUFTFILTER Das Klimagerät verfügt über einen Filter zum Entfernen der größeren Staubpartikel. Der Siebfilter sollte regelmäßig (2x pro Woche) mit dem Staubsauger gereinigt werden. Den Luftfilter mit einem in lauwarmem Wasser (40 ºC) gelösten neutra- len Reinigungsmittel reinigen und langsam trocknen lassen. Zum Herausnehmen und Einsetzen des Filters siehe die nebenstehenden Abbildungen.

    ENTFEUCHTUNG Wenn das Klimagerät (hauptsächlich) als Entfeuchter eingesetzt wird, keinen Abluftschlauch I verwenden um die warme Luft im Raum zu behalten. Ein fes- ter Wasserabfluss ist notwendig und bequem. Sie müssen in diesem Fall aller- dings einen Wasserablaufschlauch anschließen, dessen anderes Ende Sie zu einem geeigneten Abfluss legen.
