Proper use

❐ The device is intended for massaging your back and for relaxation. It is not a substitute for
required medical care.
❐ The device is intended for domestic, not commercial, use.
❐ Only use the device as described in these instructions. Any other use is deemed improper.
❐ Danger of suffocation! Keep the packaging material away from children and animals.
❐ The device is not a toy! Do not leave children and animals alone with the device.
❐ The device may only be used by persons, who are capable of using the remote control.
❐ Pregnant persons should not use the device and / or only after having consulted their
physician.
❐ Persons with a pacemaker may only use the device after having consulted their physician.
❐ Infants as well as sleeping or unconscious persons may not be set on the device.
❐ Persons with no feeling in their neck and / or back or persons with circulatory disorders may
not use the device.
❐ Do not use the device on areas with swelling or inflamed parts of the skin.
❐ Once the heating function of the device is activated, the back support heats up. Persons, who
are not sensitive to heat, must be careful when using this function.
❐ If you have concerns relating to your health, consult your physician before using the device.
❐ Do not leave the device near children if they are not under supervision.
❐ This device may not be used in rooms containing highly flammable substances (e. g. petrol,
paints, solvents, gas).
❐ This device may not be operated in rooms with high humidity, such as bathrooms.
❐ Do not subject the device to extreme temperatures, severe changes in temperatures, direct
sunlight or moisture.
❐ Maintain a sufficient distance to heat sources, e. g. hobs or ovens.
❐ Ensure that the device does not fall in water or is at risk of getting wet.
❐ If liquid does end up in the device, immediately disconnect the mains plug. Before restarting
the device, have it inspected by a qualified workshop.
❐ Only use the device in enclosed areas.
❐ Always place the device on a dry and stable surface.
❐ Only connect the appliance to a properly installed socket with protective earth contacts.
The socket must also be easily accessible after the appliance has been connected. The mains
voltage must correspond to the technical data of the device. Only use proper extension
cords, whose technical data correspond to those of the appliance.
