MONTAGEHANDLEIDING:
1. Maak de bodemvloer in de bagageruimte vrij.
2. Demonteer het achterpaneel en de zijpanelen uit de bagageruimte.
3. Demonteer t.p.v. de punten A de originele bouten uit de kofferruimte,
deze komen te vervallen.
4. Boor de vrijgekomen draadgaten A door met ø11mm. (zie fig 1).
5. Plaats de contra's C en D in de kofferbak.
6. Boor de gaten B ø11 mm vanuit de bagageruimte.
7. Verwijder de contra platen.
8. Verwijder t.p.v. de contactvlakken van de contra's het anti-dreun materi-
aal.
9. Herplaats de contra platen.
10.Neem de uitlaat uit de achterste drie ophangrubbers.
Voor het type 1800 geldt: Demonteer de achterste uitlaatdemper.
11.Vergroot de gaten B alleen aan de onderzijde van het chassis tot
ø18mm.
12.Plaats de bouten (M10x120).
13. Plaats de trekhaak onder het voertuig inclusief vulplaten E, sluitringen
(ø25x10.5x4), bouten (M10x130) en afstandsbussen.
14.Monteer de trekhaak t.p.v. de gaten A en B.
15.Monteer de kogelstang inclusief stekkerplaat.
16.Draai alle bouten en moeren overeenkomstig tabel vast.
17. Hang de uitlaat in de drie uitlaatrubbers.
Voor het type 1800 geldt: Monteer de achterste uitlaatdemper.
18.Monteer het verwijderde.
Raadpleeg voor montage en bevestigingsmiddelen de schets.
Raadpleeg voor demontage en montage van voertuig onderdelen het
werkplaats handboek.
BELANGRIJK:
* Voor eventueel noodzakelijke aanpassing(en) "van het voertuig" dient
men de dealer te raadplegen.
* Indien op de bevestigingspunten een bitumen of anti-dreunlaag aanwe-
zig is, dient deze verwijderd te worden.
* Voor de max. toegestane massa, welke uw auto mag trekken, dient u uw
dealer te raadplegen.
* Bij het boren dient men er zorg voor te dragen, dat electriciteits-, rem- en
brandstofleidingen niet worden geraakt.
* Verwijder "indien aanwezig" de plastik dopjes uit de puntlasmoeren.
* Deze handleiding dient na montage bij de voertuigpapieren gevoegd te
worden.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Clear the boot and floor.
2. Remove the back panel.and the side panels from the luggage com-
partment.
3. Remove the original bolts from the bootfloor at points A, they will no
longer be needed.
4. Drill the freed threaded holes A to a diameter of ø11mm. (fig.1)
5. Position backplates C and D in the boot.
6. Drill holes B from inside the boot to approx. 11 mm.
7. Remove the backplates.
8. Remove the anti-rumble material where the backplates are in contact.
9. Replace the backplates.
10.Release the exhaust pipe from its last three holders.
For the 1800 model: Remove the back exhaust silencer.
11.Enlarge the holes B only on the underside of the chassis to Ø18mm.
12.Place the bolts (M10x120).
13.Position the towbar under the vehicle including fillingplates E, plain
washers (ø25x10.5x4) bolts (ø25x10.5x4) and spacers.
14.Fit the tow bar at points A and B.
15.Fit the ball hitch, including socket plate.
16.Tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in the table.
17. Hang the exhaust in the three exhaust rubbers.
For the 1800 model: Fit the back exhaust silencer.
18.Fit the section removed.
