Contact with live leads or components poses a risk of serious
injury or even death!
Observe the following safety precautions to avoid any electric
shock hazard:

Do not use the appliance if the AC adapter, the adapter cable or
mains plug are damaged .

On no account should the housing of the appliance be opened .
Electric shock hazard if live connections are touched and/or the
electrical and mechanical configuration is changed.

For safe handling of batteries, please observe the following safety
instructions:

Do not throw the batteries into a fire.

Do not short circuit the batteries .

Do not try to re-charge the batteries .

Check the batteries at regular intervals . Leaking battery acid
may cause lasting damage to the appliance . Be especially care-
ful when handling a damaged or leaking battery . Risk of acid
burns! Wear protective gloves .

Keep batteries out of reach of children! If swallowed, seek medi-
cal advice immediately .

Remove the batteries from the remote control if you do not
intend to use the appliance for a longer period of time .
