Before sending in the appliance to After-Sales Service, check using
the following table whether you can remedy the problem yourself .

Remedy
Make sure the mains
adapter is plugged into the
mains socket and is con-
nected to the appliance .
Check the fuses .

ice .
The remote control is not
pointing towards the ap-
pliance .
Ensure that the remote
control is not too far away
from the appliance .
Change the batteries in
the remote control; pay
attention to correct polarity
when inserting the new
batteries!
Ensure that the interface
cable is properly connect-
ed to the correct output of
the appliance and the cor-
rect input of the TV set .
Adjust your TV set to the
correct AV input .
