MAINTENANCE

The unit is low‑maintenance. Nevertheless, you should carry out regular visual checks.
Check the energiser for damage before each use. There are no serviceable parts inside
the energiser.
NOTICE
Do not use the energiser if it shows visible damage.

TROUBLESHOOTING

NOTICE
► Do not make any unauthorised alterations or modifications to the unit.
► Never open the housing. Liability and warranty claims are excluded in the
event of repairs carried out by yourself, improper connection or incorrect
operation. Contact the manufacturer for repairs.
If the energiser remains faulty even after below solutions are tried or if other defects
are found, contact the manufacturer. The contact details can be found in section 16.

TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

NOTICE
► When transporting the energiser, protect the solar panel to prevent damage
to the glass surface. For longer transport distances it is recommended to
transport the device in its original packaging.
► If the energiser is stored for a longer period of time, the battery may discharge
itself and be damaged.
► The energiser should be stored indoors and switched off. If possible next to a
window so that sunlight can shine on the solar panel. If this is not possible, the
unit should be stored in a cool place. The battery should be fully charged and
switched off. If necessary, use the mains adapter supplied for maintenance
charging (approx. once a month). The battery cannot be replaced by the
customer.

Solution
ऀ Check that the energiser is switched on.
ऀ Check that the battery is connected.
ऀ Check that the battery is charged.
slowly Energiser is in Eco mode (low battery). Recharge the
battery.
Deep discharge protection is active. Recharge the
battery.
Replace the mains adapter.
Check that the mains adapter is correctly connected
to the energiser.
