Irrota suojat moottorin alta. Lämmitin ja kiertovesipumppu
asennetaan letkuun (1) joka menee alkuperäiseltä sähköiseltä
kiertovesipumpulta (2) Webastolle (3). Irrota letku (1). Asenna mukana
seuraavan kulmaletkun (4) 50x65mm lyhyempi pää kiertovesipumpun
(5) painepuolen vesiliitäntään (nuolella merkattu). HUOM! Käytä
pienempää jousisidettä. Asenna mukana seuraava suora letku (6)
55mm kiertovesipumpun imupuolen vesiliitäntään. HUOM! Käytä
pienempää jousisidettä. Asenna letkun (6) toinen pää lämmittimen (7)
plug-in pistokkeen puoleiseen vesiliitäntään. HUOM! Käytä pienempää
jousisidettä. Asenna mukana seuraava suora letku (8) 60mm
lämmittimen
toiseen
vesiliitäntään.

lukituskiinnikkeillä kiertovesipumpun kumiseen kiinnikerenkaaseen.
Asenna letku (4) Webaston (3) vesiliitänttän. HUOM! Käytä suurempaa
jousisidettä. Asenna letku (8) alkuperäiseen kiertovesipumppuun (2).
HUOM! Käytä suurempaa jousisidettä. HUOM! Katso että letkut
asettuvat asianmukaisesti vesiliitäntöihin ja että letkusiteet
asettuvat letkuihin hyvin. Irrota Webaston pakoputken kiinnityspultti
(10). Asenna mukana seuraava pultti M6x20 kiinnityspultin (10) tilalle.
Asenna kiinnitysrauta (9) jousilaatalla ja mutterilla (11) pulttiin M6x20.
Täytä jäähdytysjärjestelmä autonvalmistajan suosittelemalla nesteellä
ja ilmaa se ohjeiden mukaan. Tarkista mahdolliset vuodot. Taivuta
virtalähteen (12) kiinnitysrautaa 90° ja asenna se oikeanpuoleisen
runkopalkin alapuolelle alkuperäisellä mutterilla (13).
Remove the engine compartment undertray. The heater with
pump is to be mounted in the hose (1) going from the original el. pump
(2) to the Webasto (3). Remove the hose (1). Fit the enclosed angle
hose (4) 50x65 with the shortest end on the pump's (5) pressure side
(marked with arrow. Note! Use the smallest spring clamp. Fit the
straight enclosed hose (6) 55 on the pump's suction side. Note! Use the
smallest spring clamp. Fit the hose (6) on the heater's 87) pipe stub
towards the contact. Note! Use the smallest spring clamp. Fit the
enclosed straight hose (8) 60mm on the heater. Note! Use the largest
spring clamp. Fit the bracket (9) with the enclosed clips on the pump's
rubber bracket. Fit the hose (4) on the Webasto (3). Note! Use the
largest spring clamp. Fit the hose (8) on the original el. pump (2). Note!
Use the largest spring clamp. Note! Assure that all hoses are fitted
correct on any pipe stubs and that the hose clamps are fitted
correctly (straight) and inside the lug of the pipe stubs. Remove the
original bolt (10) for the exhaust fastening. Fit the enclosed bolt M6x20
where the original bolt used to sit. Fit the bracket 89) with the enclosed
washer and nut (11). Top up with a coolant specified by the vehicle
manufacturer and bleed the cooling system in accordance with the
engine manufacturer's specifications. Check for leakages.
