Exercise instructions
1. We recommend to drink 1 glass of mineral water before exercise. You should drink at least 3 liters
of mineral water each day to maintain a good health.
2. We recommend to exercise 3 to 4 times a week, each with at least 1 day rest in between.
3. Before running exercise, you should do warm-up exercises for at least 5 to 10 minutes (e.g. light
stretching).
4. After the running exercise, you should do a cool-down exercise (e.g. again light stretching).

If you should feel unwell during the use of the device or any other abnormalities should occur, im-
mediately stop exercise and contact your physician.

Never use force. There is a risk of injuries and malfunctions.
•
If the device is not going to be used for a longer period, cover it so that dust cannot come into con-
tact.
•
Do not wind up the mains cable, as this could cause damages.

Hints
Never use the device in surroundings with dust, oil, fire, gases or in direct sunlight.

Never use in damp surroundings like bath rooms, close to swimming pools etc.

Avoid damaging the surface of the device by scratches, beats or heavy objects.
Care
•
Make sure, the device is switched off and the mains plug is disconnected before cleaning the ap-
pliance. Never use caustic abrasives, petrol or solvent to clean the unit. Never spray insecticides
on it.
•
The surface may be cleaned with light wet (water) towel, but make sure, the area has been dried
completely before using it again. The computer console should be cleaned with a dry towel only.
•
Check and care for your device on a regular base to extend the life cycle and protect yourself du-
ring the exercises.
