8. Fit the tray onto the meat grinder
body.
9. Put the biscuit dough onto the tray.
10. Switch on the appliance to speed 1-4,
and feed the dough gradually into the
feeding tube. Press down using the
tamper. Do not press too hard or you
may damage the appliance.
11. Catch the dough as it exits the appli-
ance, making sure it does not break.
Cut the dough to size. Bake the
biscuits.
12. Switch off the appliance by turning the
speed to 0 or by pressing the on/off
button once you have finished using
it. Always unplug the appliance before
you change the accessories or take
the appliance apart.
13. Connect the device to a 220V-240V,
50/60 Hz safety contact power
socket.
CLEANING
When cleaning the appliance, you should
pay attention to the following:
Remove the plug from the mains
socket, and allow the appliance to
cool down completely before cleaning
it.
Do not immerse the motor unit of the
appliance in water and make sure no
water gets into the motor unit.
Clean the motor unit by wiping it with
a damp cloth. A little washing-up
liquid can be added if the appliance is
heavily soiled.
Do not use scouring pads, steel wool
or any form of strong solvents or
abrasive cleaning agents to clean the
appliance, as they can damage the
external surfaces of the appliance.

Disassemble the parts and clean all
of the accessories separately. All the
removable parts can be washed in
hot water and a little detergent. None
of the parts are dishwasher-proof,
as they may be damaged or become
discoloured.
Be careful not to touch the blades or
sharp parts during use and cleaning.
IMPORTANT! Allow to dry completely
after cleaning. Do not use the appli-
ance if it is damp.
We recommend you lubricate the
meat screens with vegetable oil after
cleaning, and store them in grease-
proof paper to minimise the risk of
rust and discolouration.
After operation, all the accessories
should be cleaned as soon as pos-
sible in order to avoid the ingredients
stick on the accessories for long time
and difficult to clean.
The bowl, dough hook, beater, whisk,
pasta maker should put into water
and cleaning with dishcloth or brush
(Sometimes can dip in water for
10 minutes first, it will be easier to
clean).
The meat grinder and salad maker
should be flushed against the tap and
use brush to wash (especially the
food tray and blade of meat grinder
accessories and the cutter of salad
maker)
Be careful you hand get hurt when
cleaning.
