5. Switch the appliance on and turn
the speed selector (6) clockwise or
anticlockwise to set the speed.
• Speed settings 1-2 should be used
with the dough hook.
• Speeds 3-6 are intended for use with
the flat whisk.
• Speeds 7-8 are intended for use with
the balloon whisk.
6. If you need to scrape inside the mix-
ing bowl, wait until the accessory has
stopped completely. Use a spatula,
never your fingers.
7. Switch off the appliance by turning the
speed to 0 or by pressing the on/off
button once you have finished using
it. Always unplug the appliance before
you change the accessories or take
the appliance apart.
8. Tilt the arm up using the arm release
button (7).
9. Turn the accessory anti-clockwise
as far as it will go, and pull it off the
shaft.
10. Turn the mixing bowl anticlockwise
and lift it off the base of the appliance.
NOTE:
• Short operation time: With heavy
mixtures, do not operate the machine
for more than 10 min, and then allow
it to cool down for a further 10 min.
• Use the splash guard to protect
against liquid mixtures.
• Mixing the egg with whisk need 3 min.
Warning
• Before cleaning remove the mains
lead from the socket.
• When leaving the machine at work,
please cut off the power of machine.
• Never immerse the housing with mo-
tor in water!

USING THE MEAT GRINDER
Assembly
1. Place the motor unit on a flat surface,
e.g. a kitchen counter, and make sure
it is standing firmly.
2. Ensure the arm is tilted down and
locked securely in position.
3. Remove the screw (2) and detach the
removable cover from the accessory
socket (3).
4. Attach the meat grinder body (14) us-
ing the accessory socket and secure
it in place using the screw (2).
