5. Fit the auger (15) in the meat grinder
body, and press firmly into place.
6. Fit the blade (16) on the auger. The
sharp edges of the blade should point
towards the meat screen.
7. Fit one of the three meat screens
(17) after the blade. Turn the screen,
so the two pins are aligned with the
indentations on the grinder body. Se-
lect the meat screen for the required
consistency. You can choose fine,
medium and coarse.
8. Fit the ring nut (18) over the meat
screen on the grinder body. Turn
clockwise to lock. The ring nut must
hold the meat screen securely in
place. Do not overtighten.
9. Fit the tray (20) onto the meat grinder
body. Insert the tamper (21) into the
feeding tube on the grinder body (14).
10. The appliance is now ready for use.
Grinding meat
1. Cut your meat into smaller pieces, so
the pieces fit into the feeding tube.
Use cubes or strips no bigger than
2×2×6 cm.
2. Place the meat on the tray (20).
3. Place the mixing bowl (10) or similar
under the meat grinder body opening.
4. Turn the appliance on to speed set-
ting 1-8.
5. The meat pieces travel down the
feeding tube. Push down carefully
with the tamper (21). Do not press too
hard or you may damage the appli-
ance.

6. Switch off the appliance by turning the
speed to 0 or by pressing the on/off
button once you have finished using
it. Always unplug the appliance before
you change the accessories or take
the appliance apart.
7. Always remember to replace the
cover over the meat accessory socket
(3) when you have finished using the
meat grinder.
Connect the device to a 220-240V,
50/60 Hz safety contact power
socket.
Turn the mincer on by the switch
(8),then turn the speed to 1-3 by
switch (6).
IMPORTANT!
• Always remove bone, gristle, ten-
dons, and rind before grinding the
meat.
• Frozen food must be thoroughly de-
frosted before grinding.
• The meat grinder must only be used
to grind meat. Avoid grinding pasty
foods, e.g. food containing bread-
crumbs, as this could damage the
appliance.
