Pression d'aspiration trop basse
– présence d'air dans le circuit d'eau gla-

– température d'eau glacée trop basse,
manque de charge calorifique

ration ou au refoulement, ventilateurs

clage
manque de fluide frigorigène
Pression de condensation trop éle-
vée
– ventilation incorrecte (obstacle à l'aspi-
ration ou au refoulement, ventilateurs
tournent dans le mauvais sens)
– Air trop chaud à l'aspiration (recyclage)
– Présence d'air dans le circuit d'eau
chaude
– Pompe eau chaude ne fonctionne pas
normalement (tourne dans le mauvais
sens)
– Filtre circuit hydraulique colmaté
IMPORTANT
Les compresseurs SCROLL ayant un
sens de rotation bien défini, vérifier immé-
diatement :
1/ l'élévation de température rapide au
refoulement
2/ la hausse de pression au pressostat
HP et la baisse au pressostat BP.
En cas de problème, vérifier l'alimenta-
tion électrique de l'appareil.
Le cas échéant inverser 2 phases sur le
câble d'alimenation général de l'appareil
et revérifier.
Notes
Insufficient intake pressure
– presence of air in the chilled water cir-
cuit
– chilled water pump too low, insufficient
flow rate
– chilled water pump does not operate
normally (rotating in the wrong direction)
– chilled water temperature too low, insuf-
ficient heat load
– incorrect ventilation (obstacle at intake
or outlet, fans rotating in the wrong direc-
tion); recycling
– insufficient refrigerant fluid
Excessively high condensation pres-
sure
– incorrect ventilation (obstacle at intake
or outlet, fans rotating in the wrong direc-
tion)
– air at intake too hot (recycling)
– presence of air in the hot water circuit
– chilled water pump does not operate
normally (rotating in the wrong direction)
– hydraulic circuit filter clogged
IMPORTANT
Since the SCROLL compressors have a
specific direction of rotation, check imme-
diately:
1/ that the temperature rises quickly at
the outlet
2/ that the pressure rises at the HP pres-
sostat and drops at the LP pressostat
In case of problem, check the electrical
supply of the unit.
If such is the case, reverse 2 phases on
the unit main supply cable and check
again.
