Problem
Motor not running

Troubleshooting
Check the socket, cable, line, plug,
and have them repaired by a quali-
fied electrician if necessary
Tighten housing lock by hand
Push through using wood or shred
dry branches
Release blockage (see section
"Removing blockages")
Pull out the plug, wait until blades
stop, remove shredding material
from the ejection chute
Check the blades and turn, grind or
replace if necessary (see "Turning or
replacing blades")
