Jede Schaltanlage erhält ein Leistungsschild; es befindet sich stets
im linken Endfeld auf der Innenseite der Tür. Wird die Schaltanlage
später durch die Lieferung zusätzlicher Felder erweitert, so befindet
sich ein Leistungsschild im linken Feld des neuen Teiles der
Schaltanlage.
① Name des Herstellers
② Kalenderjahr, in welchem die Anlage gefertigt wurde, vierstellig
③ Kennzeichen der Fertigungsstätte
④ Anzahl der Felder, für welche dieses Leistungsschild gilt
⑤ Schutzart, z.B. IP31
⑥ Bemessungsbetriebsspannung
⑦ Frequenz in Hz bei Wechselstrom, bzw. "DC" bei Gleichstrom
⑧ Herstellerland, Anschrift des Herstellers
Getrennt gelieferte Einschübe und Einschub-Leistungsschalter sind
mit Typenschild gekennzeichnet und können mit Hilfe der
Frontansicht identifiziert und in das zugehörige Fach eingesetzt
werden.
Bitte beachten Sie je nach gelieferter Ausführung der Nieder-
spannungsschaltanlage folgende Betriebsanleitungen:
Transport und Lagerung von Schaltanlagen
Aufstellung, Bodenbefestigung
Elektrischer und mechanischer Feldverbund
Felder mit Leistungsschaltertechnik ACB
Kabelabgangsfeld Lasttrennleisten 3NJ4
Elektrische Anschlüsse (extern)
Bitte beachten Sie die Betriebsanleitungen der in die Anlage
eingebauten Geräte!
Nach beendeter Montage am Aufstellungsort:
A) Alle wichtigen Funktionen kontrollieren.
B) Betriebspersonal während der Inbetriebsetzung über den Betrieb
der Anlage und Geräte mit Hilfe der Betriebsanleitungen
informieren.
C) Ggf. Schulung des Betriebspersonals durch Gerätehersteller.
D) Ggf. Schulung des Betriebspersonals durch Schaltanlagen-
hersteller
E) Kabelanschlüsse auf richtige Befestigung und einwandfreie
Anschlussstelle kontrollieren.
F) Stichproben an Schraubanschlüssen von Geräten (Außenleiter und
Hilfsleiter).
G) 100 % Kontrolle an Hilfsleitungsanschlüssen von Reihenklemmen.
H) 100 % Sichtkontrolle bei bauseits hergestellten Stromschienen-
verbindungen mit Spannscheiben nach DIN 6796. Bei diesen
Verbindungen ist kein Nachziehen erforderlich.

Each switchboard is fitted with a rating plate, which is always located
on the inside of the (top) door in the left-hand end section. If the
switchboard is subsequently expanded with additional sections, the
left-hand section of the new part of the switchboard will contain a
rating plate.

Separately supplied withdrawable units and withdrawable circuit
breakers are fitted with rating plates and can be identified by the front
view and thus installed in the appropriate compartment.
Please comply with following operating instructions depending the
type of low-voltage switchboard supplied:

Please comply with the operating instructions of the devices installed
in the switchboard!
After completion of installation on site:
A) Check all important functions.
B) During commissioning, use the operating instructions to inform
operating personnel about the installation and devices.
C) Have the device manufacturer train the operating personnel if
applicable.
D) Have the switchboard manufacturer train the operating personnel
if applicable.
E) Check that cables are correctly connected, and the connection
points are in perfect condition.
F) Random checks of screw terminals (line conductors and control
wires).
G) 100 % check of control wire connections of terminals blocks.
H) 100 % visual inspection of busbar connections with conical
spring washers per DIN 6796 made on site. These connections
do not require retightening.
