Set the system off delay time to XXXXX (default
10mins = 00600 at a range of 5 to 180mins).
When no HDMI video signal has been detected,
the system will go off after the delay time.

When no IR signal has been detected, the sys-
tem will go off after the delay time.

Report the trigger method of SYSTEM ON.

controller detects no input source signal (5V/
TMDS).
