STORAGE OF THE HEATED MATTRESS COVER
When not in use, store as follows:
• remove the panels from the mattress cover and fold them like a normal blanket;
• fold the mattress cover without panels;
• for better storage, we recommend storing mattress covers and heating panels in the
package provided at the time of purchase;
• when the heating panels are put back, let them cool before you fold them;
• store the mattress cover and heating panels in a dry place.
The fabric may turn yellow over time. This does not have any effect at all on the safety
and/or effectiveness of the product itself.
Examine the appliance and its supply cord frequently for signs of wear
or damage. lf there are such signs or in the case of malfunction, contact an
authorised technical service centre.
This chapter looks at the most common problems relating to the use of the
appliance. If the problems cannot be solved with the information below, please
contact the Authorised Assistance Centre.
Problem
The control LEDs don't light
up.
You get a tingling feeling
while using the electric
blanket.
The blue light blinks twice.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Make sure the control plug is fully inserted in the
socket. If the LEDs still don't light up, take the
control plug out of the socket (3) and take the
heated mattress cover to an Authorised Assis-
tance Centre.
Take the plug out of the socket, then rein-
sert it with the polarity inverted.
Mark the insertion side for future reference.
Check that the socket is fully inserted into
the plug. If the indicator light continues to
flash, return the heated mattress cover to
an authorised service centre.
