15. Always keep the machine in perfect condition. To do this, keep the cutting surfaces sharp and clean for optimum
performance. Follow the operating instructions for cleaning, lubricating and changing accessory equipment.
16.
Always disconnect the machine from the mains before carrying out maintenance work or changing machine parts such
as drills, etc.
17. Only use the recommended accessories. Follow the instructions in the User Manual. The use of unsuitable
accessories may result in accidents.
18. Avoid unintentional start-up. Before connection to the mains, always check that the operating switch is in the "0" (off)
position.
19. Never get on the machine. Serious injury is possible if the machine tips over or comes into contact with the cutting
tool.
20. Check defective machine parts. Damaged guards or other parts should be properly repaired or replaced before further
use.
21. Never leave the machine unattended during operation. Always switch off the mains supply. Do not leave the machine
until it has come to a complete standstill.
22. Never operate the machine under the influence of alcohol, medication or drugs.
23. Ensure that the machine is disconnected from the mains supply before working on the electrical
system, on the motor etc.
Work safety-related instructions
Transport of the machine
1. The model 930E weighs up to 216kg.
2. Use suitable means to transport the machine.
3. The centre of gravity of the machine is very high, take care: there is a danger of tipping over during transport!
Workplace
1. The lighting and ventilation of the workroom must be adequate.
2. The lighting for safe working needs to be 300 LUX.
Noise level
According to point 1.7.4f of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
4 measurements of the machine were made during idle run mode:
- The microphone was mounted on the operator's head at a medium height.
- The continuous noise level was below 70 dB (A).
- The instantaneous C-weighted sound pressure measured was always below 130 dB.
NOTE: When the machine is running, the noise level will vary depending on the materials being machined. Therefore, the user will
have to assess the intensity and provide, if necessary, the personnel with ear protections according to the terms of the D.L. vo277/1991.
Electrical mains connection
1. The machine model 930E is supplied with a power cable without plug, 400V, 50Hz. The connections as well as changes to the mains
connection must be carried out by a specialist in accordance with standard EN60204-1, section 5.3.
2. The fuse must be at least 10 A.
3. The exact electrical data can be found on the machine's type plate and the electrical diagram, enclosed with these instructions.
4. ATTENTION: For all service or change-over work and repairs, the machine must be disconnected from the electrical mains (pull out the
plug).
The yellow/green earth cable is important for electrical safety. It is therefore important to make sure that the installation is correct.
Mandatory: always wear
safety glasses!
