If you have chosen "WORK/REST"- rhythm you can set the following
parameters:
- frequency (Hz)
- pulse width (µS)
- work time (WORK)
- rest time (REST = recovery time)
- increase / decrease ramp up time of pulse (RU)
- increase / decrease ramp down time of pulse (Rd)
- synchronous (SY) or alternating (AL) output of the channels A and B. If you have selected
"SY" you can program delay-time (DL) from 0 sec. up to 5 sec. between the channels A and B.
6. By pressing the „S"button, you can set the next phase of the program. The active phase is
indicated by a flashing arrow at the top of the screen.
The total number of arrows indicates the number of configured phases in this program.
You can create up to 5 phases of your own in the configurable program. If you want to reduce
a configured program of 5 phases to less phases, you simply set the time of the first unwanted
phase to zero.
7. The programming is completed by pressing the „P" button and the program is stored.
Selectable frequency and pulse width settings:
Continuous-Mode: 1 to 150 Hz, 50 to 350 µS
Burst-Mode: 35 to 150 Hz, 50 to 200 µS
Modulated-Mode: 1 to 150 Hz, 50 to 350 µS
Work/Rest-Mode: 1 to 150 Hz, 50 to 450 µS
If frequency is > 100 Hz, pulse width is limited to 350 µS.
The settings can be made as follows.
• Frequency: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15 Hz, and then increasing in 5 Hz steps until
max. 150 Hz
• Pulse width; 50 to 450 µS in steps of 10 microseconds
• Intensity: 50-100% in steps of 10%
• Modulation time: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 seconds
• Work time: 2-99 seconds in steps of 1 second
• Ramp up time: 0,1-9,9 seconds in steps of 1 second
• Ramp down time: 0,1-9,9 seconds in steps of 1 second
• Rest time: 2-99 seconds in steps of 1 second
• Delay: 0,0-5,0 seconds in steps of 0,1 second
• Session time: 1-599 minutes in steps of 1 minute
