2.3 Trouble Shooting

2.3.1 Blind rivet cannot be set

Troubles and Causes
When depressing the trigger, 4 LED
power indication lights blink in rotation,
indicating low power
Battery damaged
Jaw assembly loose
2.3.2 No rest mandrel discharge
Troubles and Causes
Wrong nose piece
Nose piece worn
Rest mandrel jammed in clamps
Mandrel collector full
Mandrel release tube blocked
2.3.3 Warning light indicates faults
Troubles and Causes
Clamps not return to the start position
Overloading
Overheating
Battery empty
NOTE In case of remedy measures do not work as described above, the tool has to be
repaired by skilled personnel or to be returned to the distributor or manufacturer's agent.

Remedy
Charge battery
Change battery
Tighten the assembly (see 4.)
Remedy
Change to correct nose piece
Replace nose piece
Loosen the mandrel, clean the clamps
assembly and lubricate them
Discharge the mandrel collector and
empty
Remove the mandrel and check for
ejection
Remedy
Release the trigger
Check the rivet as per tool working
capacity
Cool off the tool in the air
Charge the battery, or replace when
needed
