Problem
The device runs non-circularely.
Device does not run.
The device does not start in the adjustment you wanted
after turning on (engine power, therapy time e. g.)
Results of training are not shown.
Voice-control does not react.
Adjustments of training are misplaced.
Button leg-trainer/ upper torso trainer is not active.
Sym-bar or sym-road shows obviously false values.

Recommended solution
Put active muscle-support on.
Adjust radius on same level on both sides.
Please call for service and let the device be checked.
Press START (if in Stand-by-mode 2 times)?
Check power cable, main line switch, main fuses.
Choose the right training type (arm or leg).
Unlock the upper torso trainer.
Choose function "save adjustments of training".
Train at least one minute.
Set sensitivity of microphone higher.
Set basic adjustments again and save them.
Set basic adjustments on standards.
Is an upper torso trainer assembled?
Set pedal radius equal on both sides.
Check position to be central (axle).
Calibrate THERA-vital.
