Navigation in the subprogram

To open the subprogram push both minus-but-
tons at the same time.
Actual area in the subprogram
Down/Less
This button will lead you further
down the options. The chosen point
in menu will be put into dark (in-
verted). Concerning points in the
menu that need an input of worth
(i. e. training time) the worth will be
reduced.
Stop/dismiss changes
This button will lead you further in
the menu selection.

further on, changes that are not yet
saved with

The entries Neuro, Ortho, Cardio and tech-
nique will appear on the display. The function of
the buttons will change:
