NOTE:
There may still be dust and other production residues on the
device. We recommend cleaning the device as described
under „Cleaning".

Putting into Operation

1. Place the transparent container on a level and smooth work
surface.
2. Place the blade (sharp edges facing downwards) on the
metal axle in the container.
3. Fill the container with the desired ingredients.
CAUTION:
Do not put hard foods such as ice cubes, nutmeg or large
pieces of chocolate into the container! The blade can be
damaged!
NOTE:
Do not overfi ll the container, otherwise the ingredients
may not be chopped thoroughly (see the table with the
quantities)!
4. Place the protective cover on the container and lock the
cover into place in the container. Please note the markings
on the component (see Figures a and b).
NOTE:
Turning the protective lid as you do so will help to fi t it into
place!
5. Place the motor housing in position and lock it into place by
turning in a clockwise direction.
6. Electrical Connection
Insert the power cable into a duly installed 230 V/50 Hz
protective contact outlet.
NOTE:
• The motor drive of the device is equipped with a sa-
fety switch. The motor will only start after the housing
has been locked.
• If the device cannot be switched on, please check that
the motor housing and the tool axle are positioned
correctly.
7. Press down with your hand on the motor casing. The appli-
ance is switched on.
CAUTION:
The device is suitable for short-term operation of not more
than 15 seconds. After this time you should switch the
machine off.
NOTE:
PULSE MODE: You can use pulse mode by briefl y pres-
sing and then releasing the switch. The machine should
only be used in this manner for a maximum of one minute.
Please allow it to cool down for two minutes before using
it again!

8. After chopping release the motor casing. Pull out the plug
from the outlet.
9. Take the motor casing off the transparent container.
10. Remove the protective cover and carefully take out the tool.
11. Now you can remove the contents from the transparent
container.

Of course, you can chop also other foods that are not specifi ed
herein. In order to determine the maximum time for a type of
food that is not specifi ed herein, compare it with the hardness of
another type of food provided in the table, i.e. an Apple has the
same insistence of onion. In this case, refer to the indications in
the table for „onion".
Recipe for Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
1 egg yolk – 1 tblsp. mustard – 2 tblsp. water –
1 tblsp. vinegar – 100 ml edible oil – salt and pepper.
Tip:
The recipe works best if all ingredients are at room temperature
before you start.
• Put the fi rst two tablespoons of edible oil and the other
ingredients in the dish.
• Mix all the ingredients using repeated brief pulse operation.
• Add the rest of the oil.
• Now mix all the ingredients at least twice for 15 seconds.

• Do not dip the motor unit in water.
