If a part is defective, damaged or worn, it
must be replaced or repaired properly and
permanently before use.
Check regularly that all parts are properly
tightened and secure.
Check regularly that all the screws, bolts and
nuts are properly tightened and that the
wheels are correctly fi tted.
Check regularly that the wheels rotate easily
and that they are not buckled and cannot
rock from side to side in the hub.
Check the tyres and tyre pressure regularly.
Do not use the trailer if the tyres are
perished, worn or defl ated.
Do not use the trailer if the tyres are
overinfl ated, as it will jump and become
unstable during use.
Only use tyres for driving on normal roads.
Do not use tyres with an all-terrain tread or
similar.
Do not use the trailer if it is defective or if you
suspect that it is defective. If necessary, get it
checked by an expert.
Use only original spare parts or spare parts
approved by the manufacturer or retailer of
the trailer.
Do not modify the trailer in any way!
Children must always be strapped in using
the 5-point safety belt and wear an approved
bike helmet when being transported in the
trailer. Check before setting off that both
safety belts and bike helmets are correctly
adjusted and tightened.
No more than two children may be
transported in the trailer. Do not exceed
the maximum load capacity of the trailer as
specifi ed in the Technical data section.
The trailer is intended exclusively for 1-2
children between 1 and 5 years of age who
can keep their heads up when wearing a
bike helmet, and who have an upper body
length of a maximum of 63.5 cm. If necessary,
consult with a healthcare professional.
Make sure that the load is evenly distributed
in the trailer with as low a centre of gravity as
possible.
Be aware that improper loading of the trailer
may make it unstable! Secure the load so that
it cannot move during use.
Do not place luggage on the handles of
the trailer, the back or anywhere else other
than in the passenger compartment and the
storage compartment.
Instruct children to sit quietly in the trailer
and not to lean out over the sides, as this
may make the trailer unstable.
Ensure that children cannot touch moving
parts during use.
Children must not play with the trailer!
Children must not adjust or convert the
trailer.
Do not try to fi t a car seat, child's bike seat,
etc. to the trailer. It must only be used with
the built-in seats and safety belts.
The front cover should be on during use to
protect the children from insects, leaves or
other fl ying objects.
Be aware that it can get very hot under the
canopy if it is sunny or the weather is hot.
Never leave children unattended in the
trailer.
Always apply the parking brake when you
leave the trailer and while you are placing
children in it.
