NOTICE
► Before using the appliance for the first time, run it at the highest heat and
blower level for approx . 2 minutes (see "Heat and blower levels") . This re-
moves manufacturing residue on the heating elements inside the appliance .
1) Insert the plug into a power socket .
2) Switch the hair dryer on with the blower level switch 5 .
The hair dryer is fitted with two function switches . With these you can separately
select the strength of the air flow (blower level switch 5) and the level of heat
(heat level switch 6):
Blower levels
0 The hair dryer is switched off
reduced air flow
full power air flow
Heat levels
low heating level
medium heat level
high heating level
3) After use, switch the appliance off in that you place the blower level switch 5
into position "0" . Then remove the plug from the wall socket .
With the cooling level button 7
combination of blower and heat levels (except level "0") . If you wish to create
a cold air stream, press and hold the cooling level button 7
longer need the cold air stream, release the cooling level button 7
