Lubrication
Insert the tip of the grease gun in the specific grease blocks
(Fig.1). Repeat this operation every 2000 km or 1 year of use
based on the value reached first. Type of lubricant: Lithium

Preliminary operations

1) Take the measurement of the distance X from the carriage
to the belt tensioner (Fig.2)
UM-2
soap grease of class No. 2. For specially stressed applications
or difficult environmental conditions, lubrication should be
carried out more frequently. Apply to Rollon for further advice.
Quantity of lubricant for each block:

2) Remove the belt tensioner untightening both the vertical
and horizontal screws on the carriage (Fig.3 - Fig.4 - Fig.5)
