Starts and stops functions and adjusts values.
Press and holding accelerates the entry.
Switches between different displays for speed and
distance values.
Switches between the functions within one menu
and confirms settings.
Switches between the different menus.
Pressing quickly illuminates the display for five
seconds.
By pressing for a long time, the acoustic alarm is
activated/deactivated when leaving the training
zone and the sound is activated/deactivated when
pressing the buttons.
