► To whip cream, you should make sure that it is well chilled before whipping

30 – 50 seconds at normal speed.
► Depending on certain factors, such as fat content or the ambient
temperature, the whipping time can vary. Keep an eye on the cream while
you are whipping it and adjust the whipping time to fit your needs.
