Operation

a) Lever
Pull lever = open (water flow)
Press lever down = closed
Turn lever right = cold water
Turn lever left = hot water
b) Handspray
Open mixer. The water will always emerge first from the
aerator.
Diverter button:
Press symbol
= switches to spray flow
Press symbol
= switches from spray to aerator flow
Turning off the mixer automatically diverts the water flow from
handspray to aerator.
c) Shut-off valve for dishwasher
Shut-off knob in STOP position
Tap handle points to front
Flow rate limiter
This mixer is fitted with a flow rate limiter, permitting an
infinitely variable individual reduction of the flow rate.
The highest possible flow rate is set by the factory before
despatch.
The use of flow rate limiters in combination with hydraulic
instantaneous water heaters is not recommended.
To activate see "Replacing the cartridge" point 1 to 4,
Figs. [7] to [9].
Maintenance
Inspect and clean all parts, replace as necessary and grease
with special grease (order no. 18 012).
Shut off cold and hot water supply!
I. Replacing the cartridge, see Fig. [7] and [8].
1. Pull down lower part of lever (L), see Fig. [7].
2. Loosen set screw (M) using a 3mm hexagon key, see
3. Pull off lever (N).
4. Unscrew cap (O).
5. Remove screws (P) and detach complete cartridge (R).
6. Change the complete cartridge (R).
Assemble in reverse order.
Observe the correct installation position!
Make sure that the cartridge seals engage in the grooves on
the housing. Fit screws (P) and tighten evenly and alternately.
II. Ceramic headpart, see Fig. [10].
1. Remove shut-off knob (S).
2. Pull off snap insert (T).
3. Remove ceramic headpart (U) using a 17mm socket
Assemble in reverse order.
Before installation of the shut-off knob, close the ceramic
headpart (U), fit snap insert (T) and shut-off knob (S) in the
STOP position.

III. Strainer and rose, see Figs. [11] and [12].
= valve open
1. Unscrew rose (V) using 24mm open-ended or socket
2. Clean strainer (W) and rose (V).
3. With SpeedClean nozzles simply rub fingers over rose to

unchanged for a period of five years.
Assemble in reverse order.
