Application
Can be used in conjunction with:
• Pressurised storage heaters
• Thermally controlled instantaneous heaters
• Hydraulically controlled instantaneous heaters
Operation with low-pressure displacement water heaters is
not possible.

Specifications

Fit a pressure reducer if static pressures exceed 5 bar to
satisfy noise level ratings.
Avoid major pressure differences between hot and cold water
supply.

• Water connection
• Clamping length
Installation
Flush pipes thoroughly.
Fit mixer on sink
You will only need an A/F 13mm socket spanner for installa-
tion, see Fig. [1].
Fit swivel spout. Swivel range can be adjusted by means of
stop (A), see Fig. [2].
Note:
If there is no need to fit support plate (B), the clamping length
may be increased by 15mm.
Connect sink mixer, see Fig. [1].
- Hot-water connection (marked red)
- Cold-water connection (marked blue)
- Dishwasher connection
Open service valves.
Check unions for leaks.

Operation

a) Lever
Pull lever
Press lever down
Turn lever right
Turn lever left
b) Shut-off valve for dishwasher
Shut-off knob in STOP position
Shut-off knob points forwards
Flow rate limiter
This mixer is fitted with an adjustable flow rate limiter,
permitting an infinitely variable individual reduction in the flow
rate.
The highest possible flow rate is set by the factory before
despatch.
Please proceed as follows to limit flow:
1. Lever out plug (C), see Fig. [3].
2. Loosen set screw (D) with 3mm socket spanner and pull off
lever (E).
0.5 bar
3. Unscrew cap (G).
1 - 5 bar
4. Change flow rate by turning hexagon socket screw with a
max. 10 bar
2.5mm socket spanner. Turn clockwise (to reduce flow) or
16 bar
anticlockwise (to increase flow), see Fig. [4].
Assemble in reverse order.

Maintenance

Shut off the hot and cold water supply.

I. Cartridge, see Fig. [5].

1. Lever out plug (C).
60 °C
2. Loosen set screw (D) with 3mm socket spanner and pull off
hot - left
lever (E).
cold - right
3. Unscrew cap (G).
max. 60mm
4. Remove screws (H) and detach complete cartridge (J).
5. Replace either complete cartridge (J) or seals (J1).
Assemble in reverse order.
Ensure that the cartridge seals (J1) engage in the grooves on
the housing.
Fit screws (H) and tighten evenly and alternately.
II. Ceramic headpart, see Fig. [6].
1. Remove shut-off knob (K).
2. Pull off snap insert (L).
3. Remove ceramic headpart (M) using a 17mm open-ended
spanner.
4. If necessary replace ceramic headpart (M).
Assemble in reverse order.
Before installation of the shut-off knob, close the headpart (M),
= left
fit snap insert (L) and shut-off knob (K) in the STOP position.
= right
= 1/2"
III. Unscrew and clean aerator (13 928), see fold-out page II.
Assemble in reverse order.
Inspect and clean all parts, replace as necessary and grease
with special grease (order no. 18 012).

Care

For directions on the care of this single-lever mixer, please

The use of flow rate limiters in combination with
hydraulic instantaneous water heaters is not
recommended.
