(1) To reset the safety thermostat, remove the black plastic button and press the button on the back
of the machine, and cover again. If the problem occurs again, contact our After Sales service.
(2) To reset the gas alarm, press the black button on the back of the machine. If the problem occurs
again, contact our After Sales service.
In any other case, please contact our After Sales service.
11. INDICATIONS FOR REMOVING AND GETTING RID OF THE
MACHINE

Door open
Filter open
No power supply
Timer is in Cool-down mode
The heating does not receive

Cycle time insufficient
Insufficient air flow
Solution
Select a correct time.
Close the door.
Close filter.
Check the condition of fuses.
Check mains voltage is correct.
Normal operation of the machine. To
return to heating, increase the time.
Check thermostat / Control electronic
plate.
Check safety thermostat (1).
Reset alarm (2).
Increase cycle time.
Clean the fluff filter.
Check that the output pipe is clean and
not blocked.
Clean fan-extractor blades.
Outlet conduit too long.
Check that the room has sufficient fresh
air inlets.
