• The accessibility of the power plug must be en-
sured to disconnect the appliance from the power
supply in case of emergency.

Startup / Operation

Operation is partly possible in two ways:
via function buttons (touch control) and

via motion sensors

After connecting to the power supply, all buttons and
the display light up for about 2 seconds, after that the
appliance switches to standby mode.

The button illumination indicates the activation of the
respective function button and goes out as soon as
the function button has been deactivated.

Press the button to open the glass cover. The light
will automatically switch on and the unit will initially
operate at low speed.
Press the button again to close the glass cover. Op-
eration stops and the unit returns to standby mode.

The lighting can be operated independently of the
operation, so with closed glass cover too.

crease or reduce the power level. The display shows
the selection.

With very strong vapor emission, the fan should con-
tinue running after cooking for a few minutes.
Use the timer for the automatic switch-off function.
Press the button during operation to activate the
5 minutes after-run time.
After 5 minutes the operation switches off automati-
cally. The glass cover remains open until you press
the power button.

If you change the power level in the activated timer
mode, the automatic switch-off will be deactivated.

You can control the operating status and the power
levels with gestures.
The lighting and the timer must still be controlled via
the function buttons.
To make the gesture control work properly, do your
movement with open hand at the surface of the con-
trol panel with a distance of about 8 cm.
