HUMIDIFIER BUTTON

The moisture inlet only operates when button 21 is pressed in Start mode (in Stop mode the
signal is ignored).
Bakery products rise very well using this function thanks to the rapid entrance of moisture.
Soft shine to baked products.
It should be used for short periods of time.
5.6.5

WASH

The wash function operates by pressing button 23 only if the machine is
in Stop mode and the door closed.
The cleaning programme starts with a dirt softening phase. (To skip this
phase, press the wash button again). Next the oven displays the
message (ADD SOAP) to spray the detergent inside the chamber. After
spraying the soap, close the door and press Start to proceed with the
cleaning.
On completion of the wash, the oven displays the message END.
To exit the wash programme, switch off the oven or press the wash
button. Otherwise, after one minute the oven will exit the wash mode
automatically.
To abort the cleaning programme press the Start/Stop button and if the
detergent spray phase has been reached, the oven will run a rinse
cycle.
Before using the oven to cook, make sure there are no traces of
detergent or degreasing products inside the cooking chamber. Remove
possible traces of chemicals and rinse the inside of the cooking
chamber thoroughly with the hand shower.

LOCK INDICATOR BURNER (GAS MODELS)

Gas burners may be blocked for a variety of reasons. In this situation,
the message Err 014 gas block is displayed.
To unblock, switch off the oven and switch it back on again.
Press START/STOP to restart the oven.

5.7 START / STOP

The oven starts to operate with the settings entered in cooking, temperature and
time mode when the START/STOP button is pressed once.
If the button is pressed again, the operation is stopped and the oven is in pause
mode.
If a set time has been selected, pressing the START/STOP button a second time
implies that the cooking time is interrupted and the time is reset to the previously
selected value.

6. OPERATION OF THE CONCEPT OVEN

Procedure to start a FAGOR CONCEPT oven:
1. Press the ON button (1).
2. Select cooking mode (3).
3. Select time (9).
4. Select temperature (12).
5. Select time/spike/delta function (17) (optional).
6. Press START/STOP (22).
