Troubleshooting

Fault
The pictures/films are out of
focus.
The pictures/films have a
colour imbalance.
The pictures/films are not in
colour or they are the
wrong colours.
Cause
Macro mode is enabled.
The lens is soiled.
The white balance is
incorrect.
A special effect is enabled.
Remedy
Disable macro mode.
Clean the lens.
Set the right white balance for the
lighting conditions (see section
entitled White balance from page
39 onwards).
Switch the special effect off (see
Using film and photo effects from
page 67 onwards).
