14. Troubleshooting

Use the following checklist if the camera does not function cor-
rectly. If the problem persists, consult MEDION Service.
14.4.1. The camera will not switch on.
• The batteries are not inserted correctly.
• The batteries are dead.
• The battery compartment door is not closed properly.
14.4.2. The camera is not taking any photos.
• The flash is still charging.
• The memory card is full.
• The SD card is not correctly formatted or is defective.
• The maximum number of files has been exceeded. Reset the
file numbering function.
• Not enough light. Change the angle of the camera to pick up
more light or use the flash.
14.4.3. The flash does not go off.
• The camera was moved during the shot.
• The flash is switched off.
• The camera is in picture sequence, macro or video mode.
