Q1: Can I use the camera without batteries if the camera is connected to
the computer via the USB/AV cable?
A1: No; the camera can only be operated with batteries.
Q2: I am not very familiar with digital cameras and often get blurred
pictures. Is there a sharpness setting?
A2: Yes; turn the macro setting to the "flower" position when taking close-
up photos and to the "mountain" position for objects further away.
Note:
If the dial for the macro setting is between these two symbols, the
picture will turn out blurred. Ensure there is sufficient light and be
sure to hold the camera still for approximately 2 seconds after
taking the photograph.
Q3: My pictures are often very dark. How can I get lighter pictures? Should
I use the flash?
A3: Avoid taking photos in areas with very little lighting. If cloudy, use
