Before using for the first time

Push the handle onto the flexible tube and until it
engages.
Starting up

a) Position the suction hose with the direction arrow
pointing upwards - lock in to the suction opening.
b) When removing the suction hose, press together
both latches and pull out the hose.

Fit together the grip and the suction pipe.

Fit together the floor nozzle and the suction pipe.

a) Fit together the suction pipe.
b)by moving the adjusting head to the direction of the
arrow, releasing the telescopic pipe and setting to
the required length.

Take the m ains cable by the plug and pull out the
desired length and then plug in to the mains socket.

Switch on / off the vacuum clean er by pressing the
on / off button in the direction of the arrow.

Setting the floor nozzle:

Caution!
Floor tools are subject to a certain amount of wear,
depending on the type of hard floors you have
(e.g. rough, rustic tiles). Therefore, you must check
the underside of the floor tool at regular intervals.
Worn undersides of floor tools may have sharp edges
that can dam age sensitive hard floors, such as parquet
or linoleum. The manufacturer does not accept any
responsibility for damag e caused by worn floor tools.

When taking brief vacuu ming pauses, you can use the
parking aid on the back of the appliance. Push the
hook on the floor nozzle in to the recess on the back
of the appliance.

When vacuuming, e.g. stairs, the appliance can also
be carried using the two grips.

After work

Pull out the mains plug.
Pull briefly on the mains cable and then let go (the
cable rolls up automatically).

To store / transport the appliance, you can use the
storing aid on the underside of the appliance. Stand
the appliance up straight. Push the hook on the floor
nozzle in to the recess on the underside of the
appliance.
