Position 3
In this exercise, you strengthen the pectoral
muscles. Holding the Body trimer between the
arms, top center, keep the palms facing the body
and push the forearm together. Repeat the
exercise in several series.
Position 4
This exercise strengthened the arm. Rest the
elbow of the leg. Hold the handles with both
hands. One fix to the chest, pull the other arm to
the body. Keep your hands at a maximum angle of
90 degrees. Repeat the exercise for both arms and
in several series.
