10. Operation of the Radio - DAB

(1) Carefully extend the telescopic aerial.
(2) Push the ON/OFF button to switch on the radio. The display will show „Welcome to Digital Radio" for a
few seconds.
(3) If this is the first time you are using DAB, a band III station search will be performed. The display now
shows „Welcome to DAB". If you have already used the radio in the past, the device will switch to the last
station used.
(4) If new stations are found during the station scan, the number of stations found is displayed on the right
and inserted into the station list. The search bar shows how much of the search process has already been
completed.
(5) After scanning is completed, the first station in alphanumeric order (0..9...A....Z) is called.
(6) If no station was found, the display shows „No DAB Station".
(7) If no station is found, you may need to put the device elsewhere for better reception.
