In order to use the AB Trainer function, the saddle must be able to move
freely up and down on the rear seat stay. The pin underneath the seat must
be loosened and removed.
1. Bracket secured 2. Open bracket (90°)
Note: You can adjust the seat height ergonomically by loosening the pin
below the saddle and fixing the saddle at a different height.
