The product doesn't work properly
Circumstances
The appliance
doesn't work; the
indicator power is
switched off.
The power indicator
is switched on but
there is no mist at the
outlet.
The mist produced
has an unpleasant
smell.
The display turns on
but the appliance
doesn't work.
Mist is produced in
insufficient quantity.
The appliance leaks.
Possible reason
No power supply.
The humidity rate chosen
with hygrometry or
HygroSmart® is reached.
The appliance is new
The water in the tank
is dirty (stagnant or
contaminated)
The appliance was moved
while full.
The base is scaled.
The appliance tank must
not be filled by the top.
The tank cap is badly
closed.
The seal tank cap fell
during filling.
Solution
Plug the power cord in another
socket avoiding multi-socket.
Turn in continuous mode.
Empty the tank and the base; rinse
carefully and change the water.
Remove some water of the base.
Clean the appliance following
precautions above.
Fill the tank following precautions
above.
Firmly tighten the cap.
Replace the seal in the cap. Take
the opportunity to clean it with
soapy water!
