SINGLE MODULES (HAMMAM)

SAUNA + HAMMAM MODELS
Proceed to the Chapter "Benches and duckboards".
MODELS WITH SHOWER:
43, detail 1) Position the roof so that the back of the
(
roof rests against the wood frame and the roof sides rest
against the adjacent profiles.
43, detail 2) After having checked the alignment of
(
the shower frame with adjacent frames, make holes in these
aforementioned frames which align with the holes in the
shower frame.
Then attach this frame to the adjacent frames.
43, detail 3) Position the roof so that it is within the
(
inner edge of the respective frame, paying attention to the
plastic edge protectors previously attached with silicone.
44, detail 1) Connect the shower heads to the mixing
(
system using the bend fittings supplied (refer to the indicated
labels, which also feature on the tubes themselves).
44, detail 2) Connect the light cable to the respective
(
junction box.
Installing the shower wall (2)
45, detail 2) Draw in the wall and connect the pipe com-
(
ing from the mixing system to the shower cascade.
45, detail 3) Place the wall on top of the one underneath,
(
ensuring coupling, and attach it to the panel as indicated.
Benches and duckboards
SAUNA:
46, details 1-2) Position the heater cover and proceed
(
with the positioning of the duckboards (wood) adjacent to the
side walls.
46, details 3-4-5) Position the highest bench against the side
(
wall and connect the light cable underneath the cable coming from
the wall, sealing the cable outlet with the foam rubber bushing.
(details 6-7) Finish positioning the duckboards and then posi-
tion the lower bench.
SHOWER:
47) Check that the drain covers are present and then pro-
(
ceed with the positioning of the duckboard.
HAMMAM:
48 , details 1-2-3) Check that the drain pipe covers are
(
present; then position the tank under the spout and proceed
with the positioning of the duckboard adjacent to the side wall.
48, details 4-5-6) Position the bench against the side wall
(
and connect the light cable underneath the cable coming from
the wall, sealing the cable outlet with the foam rubber bushing.
(detail 7) Position the second duckboard.
Installing panels
SAUNA AND/OR HAMMAM:
49) Connect the cables to the display, attaching them to
(
the wall.
50, details 1-2-3) Thread the light cables in the corner
(
hole, connecting them to the electrical box cables indicated.
Thread the foam rubber cylinder to the cables and insert it into
the wall hole.
50, detail 4) After having checked all connections, close
(
the equipment zone, by replacing its cover.
50, detail 5) Draw the back support towards the side wall
(
and install it in such a way that the fasteners at the back can be
inserted into those on the side wall.
NOTE: the sauna panels are made of wood.
50, detail 6) Insert the covering panel between the base
(
wall and the back support and install it in such a way that the fas-
teners at the back can be inserted into those on the side wall.

50, detail 7) Position the lights behind the panels.

Installing the door glass
51, detail 1-3) Insert the plastic rings in the upper and
(
lower holes in the glass.
51, detail 2-4) Assemble the lower and upper hinge, ap-
(
plying the plates from the inner side of the glass.
51, detail 5-6) Fit the vertical sealant and move the glass-
(
door near the fixed one.
51, details 7-8) If you have not already done so, attach
(
the lower support and insert the ball into the ball pin.
NOTE: with the HAMMAM, we recommend placing silicone
in the holes of the cover to which the hinge is attached.
51, details 9-10) Start to install the glass by inserting the
(
lower hinge on the support pin and apply the longer set screw.
Support the glass until it is correctly fixed to the hinge!
51, details 11-12-13-14-15) Keep the glass open, insert
(
the ball inside the hinge and then the support in the hinge.
Fix the upper support and then apply the longer set screw.
51, details 16-17) From the inner side, fully apply the cov-
(
ers to the plates.
