steamed-ironed by holding the iron in vertical position.
Never direct the steam towards people.
Button groove (Type GC6046/GC6048 only)
The button groove (Q) enables easy ironing along buttons and seams.

1 Carefully iron along buttons.
Frontal jet of steam (Type GC6046/GC6048 only)
To pre-moisture heavy wrinkles.

1 Press the frontal jet-of-steam button (L) together with the
steam activator button (m): steam will come out through the
holes in the button groove (Q).
Anti-calc funnel (Type GC6048 only)
To ensure a longer lifetime of the iron.

1 Use the anti-calc funnel (R) when you fill the steam tank with
water.

Cleaning and maintenance

1 Remove the mains plug from the wall socket and let the iron
