For service or repair outside the United States,

number and a written description of

Warranty

The CODMAN
for one full year from the date of purchase.
Instruments are guaranteed free from defects
in both material and workmanship. Disas-
sembly, alteration or repair performed by
any person not specifically authorized
by Codman & Shurtleff, Inc. will result in
immediate loss of warranty. Instruments
under warranty should be returned to
Codman & Shurtleff and will be repaired or
replaced without charge to purchaser.

fit ness, are here by dis claimed. Suit abil ity
for use of this med i cal de vice for any
