IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

• Make sure the mains voltage corresponds to the values stated on the product's rating plate.
• The unit reaches high temperatures during operation and remains hot for some time after turning off. Do not touch
the filter holder or other metal components. There is a risk of scalding.
• Never carry the unit during operation or while hot.
• Do not allow children or unskilled people to handle the unit. Use the unit out of reach of these individuals.
• Take extra care when using the unit near children.
• Never use an appliance with a damaged power cord or plug. Contact an authorized service center immediately to
have the defective components repaired or replaced.
• Do not use the unit if it does not operate properly, if it has been dropped, damaged or exposed to any liquids. Refer
the unit to an authorized service center for testing and repair.
• Do not use the unit with an empty water tank. Make sure the steam valve remains closed prior to and after use.
• Turn off the unit and disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet before filling the water tank, cleaning,
and after use.
• Do not leave the unit unattended while it is turned on or even only plugged into the wall outlet.
• Use only accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
• The product is not designed for outdoor use.
• The unit is suitable for domestic use only. It is not designed for commercial operation.
• Do not let the power cord hang loosely over the edge of a table. Make sure the power cord does not touch hot
surfaces.
• The product may only be installed on a surface resistant to high temperatures away from heat sources, such as heating
bodies, ovens, and so on. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or moisture.
• Before unplugging the unit from the wall outlet move the mode selector to the
the plug.
• Use the product only for the intended purpose specified in the Operating Manual.
• Do not touch the unit with wet or moist hands.
• Do not immerse the power cord, plug, or appliance into water or any other liquid.
• Do not repair the appliance yourself. Contact an authorized service center.
